Responsibilities

• Business Analyst V will collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements
• Translate business needs into clear and concise functional specifications and user stories
• Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly
• Design and execute UAT test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements
• Coordinate and facilitate UAT sessions with business users, ensuring thorough testing and issue resolution
• As a Business Analyst V, you will track and report UAT progress, defects, and outcomes to stakeholders
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to solution design
• Support post-implementation reviews and ensure business objectives are met

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in UAT coordination and execution
• Experience with UAT tools and defect tracking systems
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Compensation and Benefits

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
