Position Description

Join our Client as a Customer Support Representative where you\'ll handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries. You\'ll respond with accuracy and efficiency, consistently meeting key department performance metrics. Functional support areas include cash management products, online services, and general account or financial-related inquiries. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Preference for a College Degree or Previous Contact Center Experience.

Work Arrangements

  • Remote to Start: Kick off your journey with us from home. All classes and training sessions will be held remotely for 4-5 weeks.
  • In-Office Experience: After training, role transitions to 5 days per week in-office for collaboration and hands-on experience.
  • Hybrid Work Flexibility: After 6 months of service, a hybrid schedule is available—3 days in-office and 2 days from home.
