Qualifications and Experience:

• High school diploma (or GED)
• Adequate math skills and ability to determine appropriate equipment
• Basic proficiency in computers, email, and portable devices
• Highly desired certifications from IICRC, such as Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT)

Opportunities for advancement into specialized certifications like Water Damage Restoration (WRT), Microbial Remediation (AMRT), Structural Drying (ASD), Mold Remediation (MRS), and Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration (FSRT).

Job Summary: Assist in gaining and retaining customers by delivering residential and commercial cleaning and restoration services effectively and timely.

Responsibilities:

• Perform Carpet & Floor Cleaning and Restoration services, with opportunities to earn certifications in Mold Mitigation, Fire & Water Damage Restoration, etc. Compensation increases with experience and certifications.
• Complete documentation and authorizations.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Perform equipment and vehicle maintenance.
• Inspect work and maintain logs, work orders, and inventory.
• Willing to learn new equipment and technology.
• Maintain high standards and accountability.
