Carpet Cleaning & Restoration Technician

Our services include carpet and floor cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, water or storm damage restoration, mold mitigation, air duct cleaning, and odor removal.

Qualifications and Experience:

• High school diploma (or GED)
• 1–3 years of experience in water, fire, or mold mitigation
• Familiarity with IICRC standards
• Experience with equipment like moisture meters, air movers, dehumidifiers, HEPA vacuums, and air scrubbers
• Knowledge of safety protocols and PPE usage
• Ability to assess damage and document restoration progress
• Preferred: 1 year of floor or specialty cleaning experience
• Highly desired: IICRC certifications, Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT)

• Perform carpet, floor cleaning, and restoration services
• Complete documentation and authorizations
• Communicate effectively with customers
• Perform equipment and vehicle maintenance
• Inspect work and complete logs and work orders
• Maintain tools, materials, and supplies
• Learn and work with industry-leading equipment and technology
• Maintain high standards and accountability
