The Project Coordinator will track, manage, and coordinate projects across the OUC Information Technology Division, supporting initiatives involving 911, 311, radio, telephony, networking, applications development, and infrastructure systems. The resource will support the CIO in planning, execution, and reporting for a broad range of IT initiatives, while providing analytical support and performance monitoring across IT domains. The position requires 6–10 years of experience and leads teams on large projects or significant segments of large, complex projects within the OUC Technology Division. Responsibilities

Provides coordination and supports the team on large projects or significant segments of large, complex projects. Tracks project and operational issues; analyzes and proposes solutions with Subject Matter Experts (SME). Provides project coordination and support for OUCs enterprise IT systems, including telephony, CAD applications, radio technology/services, call floor infrastructure, networking, and application services. Supports long- and short-range planning for systems development, maintenance, upgrades, and IT services activities, including resource planning. Tracks and monitors progress against milestones, schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with OUC-IT priorities. Coordinates assessments of technical and operational practices for system upgrades and changes based on industry standards. Researches and supports planning and implementation of new technologies to modernize OUC-IT systems. Gathers IT performance data for leadership review. Participates in IT budget planning and forecasting, including project funding requirements. Maintains program documentation including project plans, timelines, requirements, and progress reports. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives. Monitors and reports on IT department performance metrics to OUC leadership. Coordinates with vendors and District stakeholders for maintenance and upgrades that could be service impacting. Provides coordination and status updates for enterprise-wide initiatives, including infrastructure upgrades, call floor systems, network monitoring, and system performance troubleshooting. Coordinates, tracks, and reports during deployment of new hardware and applications, including installation, configuration, testing, and user support. Uses the ServiceNow ticketing system to manage IT service tickets in accordance with established processes. Supports IT asset management by tracking and maintaining inventory of hardware and software, including lifecycle status. Coordinates planned and unplanned activities on the 911/311 call floor, including daily checks, software testing, troubleshooting, escalation of issues, and end-user IT support. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience; or a current PMP Certification. What we bring
