Be the
voice of the business
work closely with stakeholders, data engineers, and BI developers to define and document data and reporting needs. Analyze existing data sources, workflows, and business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities. Translate high-level business objectives into detailed
functional and technical specifications
for EDW development teams. Support
ETL design and implementation , data modeling, reporting specifications, and analytics delivery. Partner with QA to build and execute robust test plans that ensure data integrity and business alignment. Lead
user acceptance testing (UAT)
and drive stakeholder sign-off with confidence and clarity. Create clear, accessible documentation: data dictionaries, process maps, reporting templates, and more. Act as a
subject matter expert
on data warehousing capabilities and industry best practices. Support change management, training, and stakeholder communication to ensure adoption and success. Requirements What You Bring Bachelors degree or higher degree in business intelligence, analytics, computer science, engineering, or related STEM field. 5+ years of healthcare business analysis experience supporting business initiatives through data analysis, writing business requirements and supporting testing of various systems. Good understanding of Fee for Service (FFS), Managed Care claim adjudication processes from eligibility and enrollment to claims processing to funding/finance. Experience working on a Medicaid Enterprise System (MES)/MMIS, or EDW DDI or equivalent. Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, SharePoint, Teams, and MS PowerPoint. Be a self-starter and able to thrive in an environment with little guidance. Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate findings clearly and concisely in writing and verbally to both technical and non-technical audiences Ability to work in a challenging environment with multiple teams and competing priorities Experience with facilitating meetings. Effective organizational, analytical, time management, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills Ability to complete assignments under tight deadlines with little/no direct supervision Preferred Qualifications Experience working with Data warehousing, Analytics, MMIS/MES, PERM, T-MSIS, CMS Federal Reporting or similar projects Understanding of CMS reporting requirements for Medicaid. Knowledge of health insurance, Health Management Organizations (HMO) and managed care principles including Medicaid and Medicare. Experience with Teradata and SQL Assistant/Query Studio Experience/knowledgeable in Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes Experience/knowledgeable in Reporting processes Experience/knowledgeable in Databases (such as Teradata, Snowflake, or other similar Database Management System) Knowledge of quality measures (such as CMS Core Set, HEDIS) Knowledge of data integration, software enhancements/development/planning Knowledge/experience with agile methodologies and projects Experience with using Azure DevOps, JIRA, and Visi0 Come Build With Us At CSpring, we believe in the power of data to drive decisions and real-world impact.
