Digital Strategy Director Responsible for developing and executing digital and social media recommendations for our clients. You will lead the development and execution of digital and social programs for our roster of clients, evaluate brand objectives through the lens of digital and social media, determine the best platforms, partnerships, and content solutions, and amplify sponsorships. You will work with internal strategists and creatives to brainstorm ideas and then lead all execution and ongoing campaign measurement. You will act as a digital authority, identifying trends and strategies that reach specific fanbases. You will need a balanced mix of creative and analytical thinking, a deep understanding of digital and social measurement, and knowledge of leveraging property and ambassador assets through social media. Responsibilities
Craft savvy recommendations and implement digital campaigns including social media, media partnerships, paid media, and digital measurement strategies Collaborate with internal departments and client partners to deliver asset recommendations, digital valuations, content strategy, and IP integration opportunities Pitch concepts to clients and partners and develop creative content ideas aligned to client objectives Lead end-to-end execution for digital programs Measure campaigns and provide insights on effectiveness and optimization opportunities Manage multiple projects with strong project management and organizational skills Assist with digital RFPs and growth opportunities as needed Qualifications
Minimum of 6+ years experience in digital/social media strategy; experience in digital or sports agency is a plus Expertise in developing and executing digital campaigns across social media (paid and organic) and media partnerships Strong experience measuring impact of digital and social programs using tools (e.g., Infegy, HookIt, CreatorIQ) and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations Hands-on experience leading campaigns from conception to delivery Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail Ability to coach junior team members on social and digital outputs Leadership to stay ahead of trends in social and digital content, with passion for sports, entertainment, music, and/or celebrity culture Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects Compensation and Benefits
The base range for this position is
$80,000 – $95,000 . This range may reflect factors such as market considerations, tenure, and qualifications.
