$160,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Our client is a privately held, growth-oriented manufacturing company headquartered in Delavan, Wisconsin. With a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and operational excellence, the company is entering an exciting phase of expansion. As part of its strategic growth plan, the organization is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead its financial operations and serve as a key member of the executive leadership team. Overview

Position Summary The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial functions of the organization, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, compliance, and strategic decision support. This role requires a hands-on leader with deep manufacturing experience and a strong command of cost accounting principles. The ideal candidate will bring a track record of driving financial performance, supporting operational efficiency, and contributing to long-term strategic growth. Key Responsibilities

Lead the finance and accounting function, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans Oversee cost accounting processes, including product costing, margin analysis, and inventory valuation Partner with operations leadership to optimize cost control, production efficiency, and working capital management Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and capital planning Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal controls Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives, capital investments, and business development opportunities Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team Collaborate cross-functionally to support company-wide goals and initiatives Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA designation is a plus but not required Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience Prior experience in a manufacturing environment Strong understanding of cost accounting and financial analysis Demonstrated ability to lead financial strategy in a growth-oriented organization Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills High level of integrity and commitment to ethical business practices Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives Opportunity to shape the financial future of a growing organization Collaborative and entrepreneurial culture Senior leadership
