Senior Operations Manager – a managerial role that supports operations at assigned locations. The Senior Manager ensures that all elements of the operation, including team member performance, customer service, financials, maintenance and safety, meet Metropolis standards. Responsibilities
Ensure every moment matters for our clients, resolving client requests and concerns efficiently and communicating proactively with clients on how to improve our operations Conduct routine visits to assigned locations to ensure proper operating procedures, while identifying existing and potential operational problems Support the team and clients by being responsive during off-duty hours Operate within budget and make recommendations to address variances; follow revenue protocols and deposit procedures; manage P&L (Profit and Loss) Hire, develop, train, and supervise a diverse team; determine staffing levels to deliver a superior customer experience and perform daily job functions Qualifications
5+ years of management experience Bachelor's degree preferred Proven ability to lead and motivate team members Passionate about delivering the best possible customer experience and client satisfaction by solving problems Experience creating and maintaining budgets Ability to communicate and work with all levels of the organization, from field employees to executives, building management, and customers Experience using various computer applications/systems (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) Compensation and benefits
Salary:
The anticipated base salary for this position is $100,000.00 USD to $110,000.00 USD annually. The actual base salary is determined by qualifications, experience, education, certifications, and location. Base salary is part of Metropolis’s total compensation package, which may include healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, disability coverage, life insurance, stock options, bonuses, and more. Work model and culture:
