Senior Income Tax Accountant

- Family Office A leading boutique wealth management and family office firm, with over $18B in assets under management and a strong reputation for client service, is seeking a Senior Income Tax Accountant to join its Family Office team. This group serves ultra-high-net-worth clients with a focus on estate, trust, and legacy planning. Location:

Boston, MA (2 days/week in office, flexible hybrid) Compensation:

Base up to $170K + strong bonus Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review complex federal and state individual, fiduciary, trust, and gift tax returns Handle trust tax compliance (OneSource experience strongly preferred) Conduct tax planning and projections to support estate and legacy strategies Collaborate with attorneys, advisors, and internal family office professionals Mentor junior tax team members Engage directly with clients on tax and planning matters Ideal Candidate Profile

5–10+ years of experience in individual and fiduciary taxation (public accounting, law firm, or wealth management background) Strong exposure to trust and estate tax matters; UHNW client experience a plus CPA or EA required; advanced tax degree preferred Excellent communication and client-facing skills Desire to join a collaborative, professional culture with no billable-hour requirements Why Join
