The Land Entitlement Director
is responsible for coordination and management of all aspects of land approvals in multiple proposed communities including but not limited to: Responsibilities
Developing relationships with municipalities and nearby generating community support Reading and understanding local municipal Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance Assisting with developing sketch plans with Engineers and land planner Managing due diligence activities and value engineering site plans Working directly with and presenting to municipalities and reviewing agencies to ensure projects receive all required approvals Assisting with the preparation of preliminary, bank and final land development budgets as needed Ideal Candidate / Qualifications
5-10 years of combined experience in land acquisition and approvals in the residential home-building industry Established relationships with local municipalities Planning Board and Council and governmental staff with a track record of securing required approvals Experience with site engineering, approvals and development Demonstrated experience reading engineering plans Experience working with multi-disciplined teams Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite and builder software Must possess a valid drivers license and be willing to use own vehicle to drive between communities Epcon Communities offers
