Salesforce is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join the Service Protection team in India, focusing on system resiliency and high availability of a multi-tenant, on-demand cloud computing system. The role involves training and deploying machine learning models to detect anomalies and automate resolution to address real-world availability and scalability challenges. Responsibilities
Use infrastructure data to assess, design, implement, train, and test machine learning models to detect anomalies. Work closely with data and software engineers to apply machine learning models and scale to deploy anomaly detection models into production infrastructure. Design and implement major pieces of the Salesforce core infrastructure, delivering high-quality, production-ready code. Basic Qualifications
MS or PhD in Computer Science. 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: machine learning, recommendation systems, data mining. Experience with deep neural networks and Gaussian processes. Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras). Experience working with Java and Python. A solid understanding of probability and statistics; strong mathematical and analytical skills. Desirable Qualifications
Experience working with large amounts of data in a high-throughput environment. Experience with Kafka or messaging/streaming tools. Experience with agile software development and short release cycles. About Salesforce
