We’re looking for a creative growth hacker to run our Instagram and TikTok accounts with the same energy and cultural punch that made Duolingo the most viral brand on social. This isn’t just about posting content, it’s about building a character-driven presence that people can’t ignore. The goal: turn our socials into an entertainment channel first, brand channel second, driving exponential growth in followers, engagement, and ultimately token + platform adoption. Responsibilities
Run Instagram + TikTok end-to-end: ideation, creation, posting, and growth. Build a character-driven presence (like Duo the Owl) that becomes the face of the brand. Create viral short-form video content daily tapping into trends, sounds, and memes. Collaborate with AI video creators, sound designers, and marketing leads to push constant output. Engage with followers, creators, and crypto influencers to amplify reach. Track analytics, iterate fast, and double down on what works. Turn the brand into a social-first cultural phenomenon. Candidate Profile
Experience: 3–6 years in social media growth, preferably with viral consumer brands, gaming, or Web3 projects. Creative Genius: You understand the art of virality, memes, trends, hooks, and cultural timing. Platform Mastery: Deep knowledge of Instagram Reels and TikTok, you know how the algorithms surface content, what formats trend, and what gets buried. Storyteller: Can take complex ideas (crypto, gaming, tokens) and translate them into fun, relatable, and shareable stories. AI-Savvy: Comfortable using Claude and AI video tools (Veo, Runway, Pika) to rapidly generate and test content. Mindset: Bold, experimental, thrives on risk-taking, you’d rather go too far than be ignored. What We Offer
