The Production Team at LILT is a global workforce, operating across four continents. We are passionate about localization and making information accessible to all. The Team spans project management, customer onboarding and program management, quality, and talent management, working with some of the world\'s largest organizations. Get the best of both worlds at LILT: dynamic in-office energy 2 days a week and the flexibility to work from home the rest of the week. This position is based out of the Boston or Washington D.C. metropolitan areas and starts as fully remote, with a transition to hybrid as offices open. Authorization to work in the US is a precondition of employment. What You’ll Do
The Localization Program Manager reports directly to the Senior Director, Production and is responsible for providing successful Program Management for a portfolio of complex Enterprise accounts. You will implement and maintain successful service delivery strategies to meet SLAs and desired business outcomes. You will drive cross-functional and multi-stakeholder initiatives both internally and externally, collaborating with team members at every level. Key Responsibilities
Produce competitive and well-reasoned quotations, with necessary caveats and assumptions. In collaboration with Solutions and Product, drive the implementation, testing and iteration of complex technical production workflows to ensure optimal efficiency. Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities to monitor and control production team performance against KPIs. Direct tasks for production resources to meet and exceed KPIs and customer SLAs. Regularly report internally and externally on production metrics, performance against objectives (including KPIs and customer SLAs), explain trends, and address shortfalls proactively with cross-functional action plans. Communicate seamlessly with client contacts, local colleagues, freelancers and internal project team members. Manage production escalations, drive RCA and CAPA to completion. Conduct post-mortems on key account initiatives, sharing results and planning follow-up actions with key stakeholders to ensure continuous improvements and learnings. Implement processes and workflows, escalating requirements for customizations/deviations for appropriate consideration. Demonstrate a deep understanding of all production workflows and processes related to their accounts. Maintain up-to-date plans and documentation for accounts. Monitor and enforce adherence to correct production procedures. Lead the account portfolio team, identify opportunities for training and development. Work in close collaboration with Revenue and Customer Success to ensure comprehensive coverage and implementation of customer requirements while focusing on Production-specific SLAs. Skills and Experience
3+ years’ related experience managing Enterprise-level localization programs for large Technology companies. Experience in Risk Management, RCA and CAPA procedures as they apply to Enterprise programs. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Solid organizational skills including meticulous attention to detail and multitasking abilities. Analytical and organized problem solving abilities. Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
