Dove Healthcare - Rutledge Home, a 48-room community based residential facility, has an exciting opportunity for a full-time director to collaborate with and lead our experienced, compassionate team. Supported by our Assisted Living Regional Director of Operations, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, including overseeing resident care and services, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supervising employees.
Responsibilities
tour perspective families and/or residents and respond to any family and/or resident concerns
round daily and ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations
assist with new hire onboarding and orientation
maintain facility schedule, with assistance from assistant director
ensure the building is operating within budget
assume on-call responsibilities
Required Skills
established ability to manage people and processes
knowledge of State and Federal CBRF regulations
effective problem solving and communication skills and a passion to work as part of an interdisciplinary team
excellent customer service and communication skills
ability to multi-task and perform in an environment with interruptions, multiple responsibilities, and deadlines
Required Qualifications
previous nursing home or assisted living administrator/director experience
CBRF certified in the State of Wisconsin
