Web Marketing Manager (Slack) at Salesforce. This role manages the production and execution of the web and content strategy by understanding users, products, and the platform. You will be responsible for maintaining web pages, managing content updates, and executing digital campaigns using the Content Management System (CMS). You will ensure a high-quality user experience, increase non-paid traffic, and support overall marketing goals. You will collaborate with marketing, design, copy, localization and development teams to execute website updates that increase awareness, improve SEO, and drive customer acquisition. As an ideal candidate, bring a positive attitude and curiosity to continuously improve the user experience. You should be able to work independently and in cross-functional teams, discuss designs with creative partners, align with product, discuss technical requirements with developers, and communicate project status with leadership. Responsibilities

Web Production & Content Management: Build, publish, and maintain web pages, landing pages, and blog posts using a Content Management System (CMS). Content lifecycle management: Manage the content lifecycle from request to publishing, ensuring accuracy, up-to-date information, and adherence to brand guidelines. Asset management: Upload and manage digital assets (images, videos, documents) within the CMS. Quality assurance: Perform QA to ensure content is error-free, mobile-responsive, and accessible. Collaboration & Execution: Partner with marketing, design, and copy teams to translate briefs and mockups into functional web pages. SEO & on-page optimization: Implement on-page SEO best practices (meta tags, headers, image alt text) as guided by the SEO team. Campaign support: Create and update landing pages and web content to support digital marketing campaigns. Localization: Partner with Localization teams for seamless execution of global campaigns. Performance & Reporting: Monitor and report on web page and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics on a monthly/quarterly basis. Analysis & optimization: Analyze page performance and user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement; collaborate with marketing and experimentation teams to apply learnings and support testing initiatives. Requirements

5+ years of experience in web production, web marketing, or a related role with a focus on website management. Hands-on proficiency with enterprise CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress or similar). Strong understanding of web best practices including on-page SEO, accessibility, and user experience. Experience working cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and technical teams to execute web projects. Ability to work from a content brief and collaborate with content creators to ensure engaging web copy. Detail-oriented with strong QA and brand consistency skills. Proficiency in Google Analytics and familiarity with Google Tag Manager (or similar). About Salesforce
