Apply today and hear back within 48 hours What You'll Do: Supervise the Admissions and Customer Service & Satisfaction Coordinator, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback Coordinate with physicians, nursing, and other staff to schedule and manage patient admissions and discharges Ensure accurate assignment of accommodations and oversee preparation of admission, transfer, and discharge records Maintain compliance with confidentiality, safety, infection control, and regulatory documentation standards Foster positive guest relations and teamwork across departments to deliver excellent customer service Serve as backup for admissions, referrals, and marketing activities during staff absences to ensure smooth operations What You'll Need: Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience (required) At least 1 year of experience with SNF or Nursing Home patient eligibility checking and/or admissions (preferred) Minimum of five years of management experience, with at least three to five years in a related field (required) Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team Applicants for this position must be able to produce a negative drug test Benefits Available to You: Medical Dental Vision HSA Short and Long-term Disability Voluntary Life & AD&D Insurance Employee Assistance Program To apply, please complete the required questionnaire.
