Job Description: We’re partnering with a leading AI company (confidential) to bring on someone with 2–6 years of experience (Recruiting Coordinator, Jr. Sourcer, or Jr. Recruiter) who’s scrappy, organized, and eager to grow.
Key Responsibilities
Screen inbound candidates, manage pipelines, and conduct phone screens.
Maintain an independent, process-oriented approach and thrive at a quick pace.
Operate in a high-volume, fast-moving environment to accelerate career growth in recruiting.
Background in tech/startup or agency settings is a plus.
Familiarity with Greenhouse or other modern recruiting tools is helpful but not required.
Qualifications
Full-Cycle Recruiting experience (1–3 years).
Running requisitions end-to-end: intake, sourcing, screening, scheduling, offers.
Managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
G&A Functional Knowledge: familiarity with corporate functions (HR, Legal, Finance, Policy) and the ability to assess non-technical skill sets (e.g., employment law for Legal, FP&A for Finance, HRBP profiles, government/policy backgrounds).
ATS & Recruiting Tools: hands-on use of Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, etc.).
Comfort with LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing platforms, and reporting dashboards.
