Job Title:
Recruiter/Sourcer/Recruiting Coordinator (Contract) -
G&A functions Contract Duration : 6 months with possibility of extension to 12 months, long term hope for conversion Location : Hybrid, SF, CA 94105 OR NY, 10001 OR Seattle, WA Pay Rate : $70- $75/hr on W2 Years of experience : 2-6 years as a Recruiting coordinator/Sourcer, okay with full cycle recruiter for a couple of years max. Technical skills : Greenhouse is a plus, Google Suite, ModernLoop or BrightHire would be fantastic but not super critical-can be learned Soft skills : Personality traits, work habits that work well: scrappy, wants to find a path to yes, customer service oriented (RC background so familiarity would be preferred). Someone who wants to be process oriented and improvements. Must have’s in a resume : Move fast, quick pace,
Tech/Start Up , Heavy volume, Scrappy attitude, Indications they can be independent, self sufficient, find ways to work smarter not harder, Recruiting exposure previously, Energy and spirit. Nice to have’s in a resume : Small preference for FTE recruiting over agency although faster pace can be desired Target industry/companies : Tech/Start ups What makes the role compelling : Great time to supercharge your recruiting career One year here will let you take to other places Very fast pace for gains Responsibilities : Been a Recruiting Coordinator/ Sourcer and looking to jump into front end recruiting tasks Comfortable with admin, reviewing resumes, managing pipelines, know who needs to be followed up with, can write and draft messages to candidates or from manager Help keep recruiters organized as they manage more front line tasks Phone screens First agency experience, how to run a desk Fast pace Highly repetitive Access to hiring manager, support of recruiter/team Talking to candidate while recruiter manages more Hiring Manager communication Long term - they could move into a full cycle recruiter who is handling req management Cleaning out pipelines, great candidate experience, remind recruiters of scheduling Main liaison with RC submitting tasks from recruiter Not responsible for coordination tasks
