Provide high-level administrative support services for HR&A/OSP senior leadership staff (routine and non-repetitive) including secretarial and general clerical functions. Perform office management support activities, multi-task, and draft/edit executive correspondence; process mail; handle calls; check in visitors; assist in drafting meeting notes; manage personnel records and travel. Independently manage projects requiring research and preparation of briefing charts and other presentation materials; handle key taskers and activities, addressing a range of administrative office functions and deviations with general guidance, priorities, policies, and program goals. Word processing, email management, spreadsheet management, preparation of briefing charts and materials, and editing critical documents; prepare routine HR data reports and executive-level correspondence as needed. Maintain records (manual and electronic) using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint; manage databases and lists as requested. Answer and screen telephone calls; greet visitors; set up and maintain filing systems. Data entry using MS Office Suite, Outlook, shared drives, and SharePoint; manage incoming communications and summarize or distribute contents to appropriate staff. Summarize content of incoming correspondence for executive review; maintain office calendar and coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, logistics for meetings, and read-ahead materials. Education & Qualifications

Bachelor of Science and/or Bachelor of Arts degree, preferably in Human Resources, Communications, or related fields. Minimum of 3 years in an administrative, communications, or clerical role. Salary & Benefits
