AppleOne has partnered with a wealth management company in the city of Corona to hire a highly motivated, organized, and tech-savvy Executive Administrative Assistant to directly support the lead advisor. This individual will serve as a critical extension of the advisor’s work—helping manage client communications, streamline operations, and execute tasks that ensure an exceptional client experience.

Location: Onsite Corona (may be open to remote after training)
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Pay rate: $22 - $25 DOE

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a professional liaison between clients, prospects, and the advisor
• Manage scheduling, client meeting prep, and follow-ups
• Draft and send emails, letters, and client communications
• Handle account applications, service forms, and paperwork processing
• Support insurance and investment account servicing (policy updates, beneficiary changes, etc.)
• Monitor workflows using CRM (e.g., Redtail) and task management tools
• Prepare reports, proposals, and data summaries for client reviews
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with industry regulations
• Coordinate webinars, marketing campaigns, and follow-up sequences
• Assist with special projects (estate planning coordination, life insurance quotes, data entry, etc.)

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in financial services, administrative support, or operations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Tech-proficient: Excel, Outlook, DocuSign, CRMs, scheduling software
• Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems
• Willingness and ability to learn new systems and procedures
• Familiarity with financial planning, insurance, or investment advisory services is a plus
