Overview

Oversee and manage the execution of special construction projects from start to finish. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of deliverables. Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are strictly followed on-site. Monitor and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively. Provide leadership and mentorship to on-site teams, fostering a productive work environment. Travel to various project sites as required to oversee operations and ensure compliance with standards. Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during project execution. Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal teams. A strong background in construction management and special projects with 20 years of construction experience. Extensive knowledge of Construction Operations including Self-Perform Operations (SPO). Extensive knowledge of Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) and project Safety programs. Experience leading teams and managing large-scale projects across multiple locations. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Willingness and ability to travel extensively as required by project needs.
