Overview We are seeking enthusiastic

IT & Engineering Recruiters

with 1–5 years of recruiting experience in either IT, Engineering, or within a staffing agency environment. The ideal candidate has a strong ability to source, screen, and match highly skilled technical professionals with client needs while maintaining excellent candidate and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for IT and Engineering positions, from intake to placement.

Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and other creative methods.

Screen resumes and conducts initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.

Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interview processes.

Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates in specialized skill areas.

Partner closely with Account Managers to understand client requirements and deliver top talent quickly.

Maintain accurate candidate and client information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Bullhorn.

Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive intelligence, and evolving skill sets in IT and Engineering.

Qualifications

1–5 years of recruiting experience in IT, Engineering, or within a staffing firm.

Proven track record of successful placements in technical roles.

Strong sourcing skills using Boolean search, LinkedIn, and niche job boards.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in ATS/CRM systems and MS Office Suite (or Google Workspace).

Skills (Nice-to-Haves)

Familiarity with technical concepts in software development, systems, or engineering disciplines.

Experience with high-volume recruiting, IT, or Engineering; Staffing Industry experience!

Strong negotiation skills for offers and compensation discussions.
