As a Customer Service Representative, you'll: Engage with customers at
retail events and community campaigns
to promote nonprofit initiatives Provide friendly, informative, and professional service to increase awareness and donor support Assist in planning and executing campaign events, including setup and breakdown Track performance metrics and maintain accurate records of customer and donor interactions Support onboarding and training of new team members Collaborate with team leaders to continuously improve campaign results •
