We are seeking enthusiastic and people-focused individuals to join our mission-driven outreach and marketing team as

Customer Service Representatives . In this impactful, face-to-face role, you'll represent nonprofit partners at

live events, community activations, and grassroots campaigns -engaging the public to drive awareness, participation, and donor support.

live events and in-person outreach , we build genuine human connections that move causes forward. Key Responsibilities

Customer Service Representatives are the front-line voice of the campaigns they support. Responsibilities include:

Representing nonprofit clients at

fundraisers ,

retail events , and

community outreach initiatives Interacting with the public in a

professional, authentic, and approachable

manner Communicating nonprofit missions, goals, and needs clearly and passionately Educating individuals on how they can get involved, donate, or support Supporting event setup, logistics, and daily campaign operations Maintaining accurate records of donor interactions and outcomes Collaborating with internal teams to refine outreach and engagement strategies Upholding values of

compassion, integrity, and professionalism

in all interactions •

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience Requirements: No prior experience necessary -

paid training and mentorship provided Background in retail, customer service, hospitality, or outreach is a plus Candidate Qualities:

Strong

interpersonal and communication

skills Outgoing and approachable demeanor Passionate about

nonprofits, advocacy, and social change Comfortable in

fast-paced, public-facing

roles Team-oriented , reliable, and highly coachable Minimum age 18 and
