Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group (PAFMG) is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) physician to join our established interventional spine practice in San Jose, California. Position Details: Fully established interventional spine practice with extensive internal referral network State-of-the-art outpatient medical center with collaborative ancillary support Full-time schedule: 35 patient contact hours per week Sutter Health–affiliated ambulatory surgery center located conveniently on campus Qualifications: Board-certified or board-eligible in PM&R Fellowship training in Interventional Spine or Pain Management preferred Compensation & Benefits: Guaranteed salary for two years with production bonus potential Shareholder eligibility after two years Very competitive, production-based income for shareholders Schedule flexibility and sabbatical opportunities for work-life balance Relocation allowance provided Generous benefits package, including health, dental, vision, CME allowance Retirement benefits: 401k, defined pension cash-balance, and HSA plans Salary Range: $279,000 – $310,000 / Year About Our Organization: Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group is one of the largest multi-specialty medical groups in the nation, with over 1,700 clinicians across 40+ specialties throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
