Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group (PAFMG) is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) physician to join our growing practice in San Jose, California. This is an excellent opportunity to practice within a supportive, physician-led group that emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and high-quality patient care.
