Support our employee journeys: Manage the end-to-end experience for all employees, from onboarding to transitions. Be our culture ambassador: Plan, organize, and execute company-wide and team events (e.g., offsites, in-person and virtual gatherings) and other culture-building initiatives. Aid our internal communications efforts: Draft and distribute internal communications such as company-wide newsletters and periodic updates. Data & System Management: Ensure data accuracy in HR systems and records, and handle administrative tasks such as I-9 verification, benefits administration, and employment verification letters. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline People Operations workflows and leverage AI and other tools to automate backend processes. Who You Are

Bachelor's or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or related roles, ideally within a fast-paced startup environment.
