What You’ll Own

Support our employee journeys: Handle onboarding and employee transitions.

Be our culture ambassador: Plan, organize, and execute company-wide and team events (in-person and virtual) and culture initiatives.

Aid internal communications: Draft and distribute internal communications such as newsletters and updates.

Data & System Management: Ensure data accuracy in HR systems, perform administrative tasks such as I-9 verification, benefits administration, and employment verification letters.

Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline People Operations workflows and leverage AI to automate backend processes.

What You Bring

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.

0-2 years of experience in HR, People Operations or related, ideally within a fast-paced startup environment.
