Trillium Construction is now hiring a Project Manager in Manhattan, KS.

Our client is a heavy civil contractor in Manhattan, KS specializing in Water Waste Treatment projects across the Midwest. They are now hiring for a Project Manager to work in office full time.

This is a direct hire opportunity with a salary of up to $125k plus benefits like M/V/D, PTO, bonuses, profit sharing, company vehicle, and paid holidays! Relocation assistance up to $10k is also available!

Duties:
-Lead and manage the full lifecycle of water/wastewater treatment projects, from design and permitting to construction and closeout.
-Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
-Monitor and control project progress to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
-Complete RFI’s, Change Orders, Daily logs / submittals
-Oversee the project closeout process, including final inspections, punch lists, and turnover of the project to operations.

Qualifications:
-Looking for candidates with prior waste-water treatment experience
Non-water treatment, ground up commercial will be considered
-Vertical concrete work, strong civil background (bridges, roads, etc.)
-Experience working for a self-perform company (concrete, underground piping and above ground, dirt work, treatment equipment (procure and install)
-Major problem solving skills
