Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer support. This role involves assisting clients with inquiries related to our furniture products, resolving warranty issues, ensuring a positive experience and assist with product sales.
Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries and concerns.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using data entry skills.
Attempt to retain customers considering cancellation by offering alternatives
Resolve product or service issues by identifying the customer's concerns and
offering appropriate solutions
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance the customer experience.
Utilize Google Sheets and other system applications to document interactions and generate reports as needed.
Demonstrate effective phone etiquette and maintain professionalism in all communications.
Support sales and company goals by completing related tasks as needed
Requirements
Proven experience in customer service or client services, preferably in a call center environment.
Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Google Sheets, Excel, Commerce Hub.
Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Experience in sales or outbound calling is desirable.
Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
Strong analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions.
