This is a remote, work-from-home role focused on supplemental benefits-related calls. Hours of operation are 24/7. You must successfully complete a 3-week virtual training class and 2 weeks of nesting, and you cannot miss a day of training. You will navigate 12-13 systems and handle an average of 30-40 calls per day. Responsibilities
Assist members with billing, eligibility, and plan-related inquiries (e.g., claims, eligibility, and plan year deadlines). Provide support with website navigation, account registration, password resets, and lockouts. Help members with placing Commuter Orders and answering balance inquiries. Respond to requests about eligible expenses, HSA contributions, and tax forms. Assist with account closures, transfers, or rollovers and member profile updates (address, phone number, etc.). Support members in setting up distributions from HSAs and opening new HSAs. Address member questions about rewards and online navigation. What you may be asked

Successfully complete a customer service assessment and typing test on a computer (not compatible with mobile devices). High school diploma, GED, or college degree. Must have 6 months of customer service experience. Complete a mandatory paid training program with 100% attendance. Successful completion of a background check (including education and previous employment verification). Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task. Flexibility to work weekends. Manage a steady volume of incoming calls while navigating multiple systems. Equipment and workspace requirements
All equipment is provided (computer, monitor, mouse, keyboard, headset, ethernet cord, power cables). You must have a home internet connection with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed. You may test speed at https://www.speedtest.net/. Hardwire your work computer directly to your home modem via Ethernet (satellite and wireless internet are not acceptable). Quiet, distraction-free workspace required (no one allowed in workspace during working hours). The application process will take less than 20 minutes and includes everything required to be considered.
