Be the welcoming voice that makes families feel at ease. At Aguila Law, we help families plan for their future with compassion, clarity, and care. We’re looking for a Receptionist & Client Intake Specialist who loves people, thrives on organization, and enjoys being the first point of contact for clients. If you’re warm, detail-oriented, and can keep the front desk running smoothly while guiding new clients through the intake process, you’ll shine in this role. Responsibilities:

Who you'll help?

Your role will be to connect with families, including those in the special needs community, and guide them toward the legal services and resources that support long-term stability, autonomy, and independence for their loved ones. If these statements appeal to you, then you may be the right person for the job: • You see an opportunity for organization where other people see a mess. • You smile when you answer the phone. • You are an amazing scheduler with excellent attention to detail. • You are very good with calendars, e-mail, spreadsheets, word processing, and the internet. • You can change gears quickly between tasks. • You don’t think answering calls is “beneath you” or an “interruption.”

What You’ll Do

• Be the face & voice of the firm: Answer calls, greet visitors, and make guests feel welcome. • Guide new clients: Speak with leads, ask guided questions to qualify them, and schedule consultations. • Support client engagement: Share resources, follow up with no-shows, prepare attorneys with case notes, and send out engagement agreements. • Keep us running smoothly: Receive/log/prepare mail, organize the office, maintain files, manage the calendar, prepare/write documents, and help the team with general office support.

You’re a Great Fit If You…

• Love helping people and creating a positive first impression. • Stay calm, professional, and empathetic—even under pressure. • Are detail-oriented and enjoy following organized systems. • Have strong customer service or receptionist experience. • Know your way around Clio or another CRM (or are a fast learner). • Bonus: You’ve overcome challenges in life that give you empathy for the families we serve. Qualifications: • Fluent in Spanish, including suitable Spanish writing skills. • Proficient with Adobe and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Excellent writing/editing skills, including proofreading skills. • Strong attention to detail in documents. • High degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently under tight deadlines. • Demonstrates a professional demeanor. • Calendar management.

What Success Looks Like Here

• 90% of incoming calls are answered live. • 70% of qualified leads get scheduled for a paid consultation. • 90% of leads receive help (consultation, referral, or other resources).

Perks & Pay

• Salary commensurate with experience. • Training and growth opportunities within the firm. • Benefits include performance-based incentives, paid holidays, and paid time off. If you want more than “just a front desk job” and would like to be part of a mission-driven law firm helping families in South Florida, we want to hear from you. Apply today and grow with Aguila Law. If you apply and follow all the instructions, we will ask you to complete a brief written interview before having any interviews. If you do not wish to complete the written interview, please DO NOT apply.
