We are looking to hire a Principal Growth Product Manager - Azure AI Foundry to join our group and help us lead the next generation of Azure Direct models offerings. As a Principal Growth Product Manager - Azure AI Foundry, you will lead efforts to scale our Direct from Azure Model (ADM) offerings and drive product-led growth across the Microsoft ecosystem. Responsibilities

Lead strategy and execution for growth initiatives tied to ADM, ensuring technical excellence and commercial viability. Identify high-impact opportunities to increase model attach and adoption across internal and external customer segments. Define and track growth metrics, manage dependencies, and lead experimentation to validate ADM's value proposition. Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and go-to-market teams to deliver integrated solutions. Develop compelling product narratives and performance dashboards for executive-level communication and decision-making. Provide clarity in ambiguous environments, influence stakeholders, and foster a culture of innovation and accountability. Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. 8+ years of experience in product development including delivering one or more of the following products: AI, cloud services, enterprise grade solutions, mobile apps. Other Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. Preferred/Additional Qualifications

10+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development. 10+ years of experience in product development. Including delivering one or more AI, cloud services, enterprise grade solutions, and mobile apps. Proven success in launching and scaling multi-million dollar revenue products, ideally in AI, ML, or platform domains. Technical fluency in model performance evaluation, usability, and integration strategies. Product led growth focus with data-driven decision-making skills. Executive presence and stakeholder management capabilities. Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex dependencies. Ability to thrive in environments with a bias for action. Product Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year.
