Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Market Manager to oversee our operations and drive growth within the Texas market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Texas market landscape, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share. The Marketing Manager will have an ongoing responsibility for maintaining customer relationships and servicing the customer needs. They will follow up to make sure we meet all their needs and collaborate with management and operations to carry out their role.

Duties And Responsibilities

Maintains quality service by monitoring standards and advising supervisor of potential problems.

Must be highly visible in his/her marketing area by attending real estate industry functions and participating in community and real estate events.

Continually gain new product knowledge and acquire better selling skills and utilize social media and marketing platforms to your advantage.

Keep abreast of the competition, competitive issues and their offerings.

Research, contact and develop positive relationships with prospective customers (realtors, attorneys, investors, brokers and lenders).

Create marketing and sales materials to attract new business opportunities.

Use company products to leverage new business.

Manage current customer relationships by addressing their needs and offering effective solutions.

Identify industry trends and niche markets.

Track results and manage to set goals.

Requirements Experience/Qualifications:

Minimum of a high school diploma; associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration/marketing, or related field preferred.

Proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing.

Must be able and willing to travel across Texas and meet in-person with customers.

Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving targets.

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in a professional manner.

Ability to listen to customers and understand their needs and objectives to better respond and provide solutions.

Ability to manage customer base both internally and externally.

Ability to work independently within a team environment.

Minimum 2+ years’ experience in Business-to-Business Residential Title/Real Estate Sales.

Schedule

Core business hours are 8:30am-5:30pm

Monday through Friday

40 hours per week

Work Location

This is a remote position with priority given to candidates currently residing in AL, CO, FL, ID, IL, KS, MD, MN, MI, OK, PA, TX, & VA. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States.

May be able to work in-office at one of our Texas offices, if local.
