Overview
Alliance Portfolio is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team focused on providing hard money financing solutions to mortgage loan brokers, real estate investors and developers. The Sales Manager will be responsible for building and managing a team of loan officers, driving loan originations, and expanding our market share in business purpose and investment purpose lending. This role requires a strong background in mortgage or private lending sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to deliver results in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities
Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of loan originators and account executives. Set individual and team sales goals aligned with company growth targets. Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development. Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and execute sales strategies to drive originations in hard money business purpose and investment purpose lending. Establish relationships with mortgage brokers, real estate investors, developers, realtors, and referral partners. Pipeline & Performance Management Track sales metrics, pipeline development, and conversion rates. Partner with operations and underwriting teams to ensure loans are processed and closed quickly and efficiently. Drive accountability for meeting production targets and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Market Development Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and conferences. Stay current with real estate investor trends, lending regulations, and market dynamics. Leverage CRM tools and analytics to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales effectiveness. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (preferred). 5+ years of sales experience in mortgage lending, private lending, or financial services. 2+ years of leadership/management experience in a sales-driven environment. Strong knowledge of hard money business purpose and investment purpose financing products and compliance. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. High level of initiative, accountability, and business acumen.
