Location: Kent, WA Travel: Up to 25% Employment Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 per year (based on experience) Bonuses: Field Bonus + Annual Performance Bonus Engineer Precision into Process. MSHS Pacific Power Group is looking for a Service Writer - Technical Coordinator to bring deep technical acumen and methodical leadership to our growing Service Team. This is not a customer service desk job. This is a role for a technician-turned-technical expert-someone who wants to shape the way field teams work, train others, and ensure that every project is accurate, on time, and technically sound. You'll be the go-to technical resource for our technicians and customers, supporting everything from diagnostics to project coordination and SOP development.
