is a fast-growing non-medical home care and medical staffing agency committed to delivering exceptional care to seniors and healthcare facilities. We specialize in personalized home care, veteran support, and staffing solutions for hospitals, rehabs, SNFs, assisted living communities, and hospices. What We're Looking For: A results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong understanding of home care and medical staffing. If you have existing healthcare connections and a passion for building meaningful partnerships, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain B2B relationships with healthcare institutions. Identify referral opportunities and generate qualified leads. Promote Havenovas services: companion care, personal care, transitional care, and medical staffing. Meet with discharge planners, case managers, and social workers. Maintain CRM pipeline and report progress. Represent Havenova at events and community engagements. Qualifications: 2+ years in healthcare business development or outreach. Knowledge of home care and staffing operations. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Local travel required. CRM experience (GoHighLevel is a plus).
