We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Hospice team, where you will provide essential care and comfort to patients while supporting their dignity and quality of life. Why You'll Love This Role: As a CNA in hospice, you'll work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver both direct and indirect patient care. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting patients with personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and eating. Supporting mobility, exercise, and safe transfers in and out of bed. Monitoring and recording vital signs, intake/output, and other essential data. Recognizing and reporting changes in patient conditions. Providing comfort measures and compassionate support to patients and their families. Maintaining supplies, assisting with clerical tasks, and ensuring patient rooms are well-stocked. What You Bring: Completion of an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant program. Current CNA certification in Washington State. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required upon hire). WA Food Handler's Permit (required upon hire). At least 1 year of experience in an acute care setting preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. A caring, flexible, and compassionate approach to patient care.
