The Opportunity:

As an Application Development Team Lead responsible for the ServiceNow platform, you will report to the Group Vice President, Technology Business Services. You will lead a team in designing, developing and implementing applications and business architecture blueprints; provide guidance with aligning business processes, information management, applications and technical architectures to support our strategy; and drive innovation and efficiency to our IT operations by simplifying processes, reducing customizations, and maximizing our ServiceNow capabilities. Under the guidance of Fisher Investments senior technology leaders, you will also allocate work and manage the team, including hiring, development, completion of performance reviews, and terminations if necessary.

The Day-to-Day:

Lead the design and optimization of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring it aligns with business needs and industry best practices

Manage a team of engineers, program and project managers, and analysts, fostering a high-performance culture

Define and execute a platform roadmap, ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance

Lead business process, architecture and solution design activities

Oversee the development of workflows, integrations, and modules across key areas like ITSM, ITAM, SecOps, GRC, and TPRM

Drive platform upgrades, ensuring security, stability, and adherence to enterprise standards

Collaborate and communicate with business leaders and stakeholders to develop solutions that deliver measurable business impact

Develop and deliver communications on applications and projects to business sponsors, solution developers, and infrastructure engineers

Establish governance and best practices to optimize platform efficiency and adoption

Provide technical guidance for configuring, customizing, and developing on ServiceNow

Stay ahead of the latest ServiceNow trends and best practices, integrating innovative solutions

Your Qualifications:

10+ years of application development and management experience

5+ years of ServiceNow experience, with expertise in ITSM, ITAM, SecOps, GRC, and TPRM

Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to stakeholders and executives

Broad technology experience throughout systems development lifecycle, and various areas of technology architecture (infrastructure, application architecture, data architecture, and integrations)

Experience managing development teams of 7+ members to deploy high-quality application solutions on predictable timelines

Leadership experience, including mentoring and managing technical teams to design, build and support technical solutions

Ability to drive complex large-scale projects while meeting deadlines and business objectives using waterfall, Agile, Scrum, or Kanban project methodologies

Strong architecture and design experience in ServiceNow, including workflows, custom apps, and integrations

Solid understanding of CMDB, Asset Management, Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes

Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub/Spokes

Experience in financial services and preferably the wealth management industry, and the processes and constraints inherent in a regulated industry

ServiceNow and ITIL certifications

Compensation:

$150,000 - $200,000 base salary per year in the state of WA - New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience

Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
