We are seeking a dynamic and strategically minded First-Line Sales Manager to lead a sales team. This role requires coaching, developing, and motivating sales representatives while building a performance-driven, trust-centered culture. The Sales Manager will own revenue outcomes, drive team accountability, and create scalable sales processes aligned with the company's growth strategy.
