Administrative Support Specialist Sales & Service Team
A growing team is looking for a versatile Administrative Support Specialist to assist with sales operations, customer service, and internal coordination. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across departments, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to contribute to both customer satisfaction and team efficiency. What You'll Do: Handle incoming customer inquiries and orders via phone, email, and in-person visits Prepare and manage documentation including quotes, invoices, and shipping forms Maintain ongoing communication with customers regarding order status and follow-ups Input and track leads in the CRM system and ensure proper handoff to sales staff Coordinate service schedules and rebuild projects in collaboration with the service team Process returns and manage payment transactions Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to purchasing Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure timely fulfillment and updates on backorders Provide cross-functional support to other departments when needed What You Bring: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of one year in a customer-facing or administrative role; agricultural experience is a bonus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and collaboratively Familiarity with Office 365 and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) Comfortable adapting to change and working with a variety of customer profiles Background or interest in agriculture is a plus Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
