BNY Investments and Wealth is seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to serve as Senior Vice President, Head of AI Enablement & Coordination. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of BNY Investments, with a dotted-line relationship to the Head of Business Analysis, this role will be pivotal in driving and coordinating AI initiatives across BNY Investments and Wealth.
This position is ideally based in our Pittsburgh office, with potential flexibility to be based in our Boston or New York offices. Domestic and some international travel to EMEA and APAC regions may be required.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Establish and govern a robust pipeline of AI projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with partners across Technology, BNY AI Hub, Operations, Risk, Product, Distribution, and Compliance to lead projects from ideation through execution.
Develop partnerships with senior leaders from Investments to understand strategic objectives to guide and prioritize direction of initiatives.
Develop and execute internal capability-building programs, including training sessions, workshops, and firm-wide hackathons, to enhance organizational fluency and engagement with AI.
Define, measure, and communicate clear KPIs, regularly showcasing the measurable impact of AI initiatives through concise and impactful internal communications.
Monitor external trends, maintain awareness of emerging generative AI tools, and proactively propose opportunities for strategic innovation.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: 8-12 years of relevant experience in financial services, management consulting, technology, or fintech. Proven track record of successfully implementing meaningful change and driving large-scale transformation initiatives. Experience bridging technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver practical and impactful solutions. Familiarity and demonstrated interest in generative AI tools and their potential to transform business operations. Skilled communicator capable of engaging diverse executive stakeholders and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
