About the Role
The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President, Head of AI Enablement & Coordination to lead and drive AI initiatives across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and governing a robust pipeline of AI projects that align with strategic objectives. This pivotal role involves facilitating cross-functional collaboration with various partners, including technology, AI hub, operations, risk, product, distribution, and compliance, to ensure the successful execution of AI projects. The Head of AI Enablement & Coordination will also be tasked with developing partnerships with senior leaders to understand strategic goals and guide the direction of AI initiatives, as well as executing internal programs to enhance the organization's engagement with AI.
