Volunteering for Friendship Place is most effectively done within

local communities. Friendship Place seeks individuals who are willing to donate their time and resources in places such as their local community, place of worship, school and workplace to assist us with the mission of ending homelessness. Suggestions include: Organize a non-perishable food donation drive to benefit the food pantries of our various facilities. Prepare take-away, bagged or boxed, ready-to-eat lunches for the forty residents of La Casa. New Socks Donation Drive. Collect travel-sized hygiene products such as soap, shampoo, deodorant and feminine hygiene items. Please note - Friendship Place is unable to accept donations of used clothing and/or bedding.
