Job Description
We are looking for a
Commercial Lines Account Manager
to help
grow and manage an established book of commercial business . Reporting directly to the Agency Manager, this role will deliver high-touch service to clients while contributing directly to the agencys retention and new business growth objectives. Youll work closely with producers and clients throughout the policy lifecyclesupporting new business, executing renewals, maintaining clean data, and proactively identifying opportunities to add value. Maintain and strengthen client relationships through responsive service, proactive communication, and renewal execution New Business Growth:
Support the onboarding of new commercial clients and identify opportunities to expand coverage with existing accounts Turnaround Times:
Deliver timely responses to client and carrier requests, ensuring internal SLAs are consistently met Department Culture:
Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment through accountability and a solution-oriented mindset Internal & External Communication:
Communicate clearly with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders to manage expectations and coordinate service Quarterly Strategic Initiatives:
Participate in quarterly department priorities and help drive improvements in process and service delivery Customer Reviews:
Provide a level of service that naturally drives positive client feedback and online reviews Core Responsibilities
Support onboarding of new commercial accounts (gather documentation, set up accounts in Hawksoft / Agency Zoom, review coverages with client and carrier) Develop and maintain master certificate of insurance templates
to streamline issuing certificates for clients Process policy changes and endorsements based on client requests or producer instructions Assist with audits, invoicing, billing questions, finance agreements, and carrier follow-up items Document all communication and activity in Hawksoft in real time Coordinate with accounting and producers to support premium collections and resolve billing discrepancies Anticipate client needs and proactively support account managers and producers Communicate clearly and professionally via phone and email, managing expectations and timelines Location
Texas, Florida, Colorado, or Virtual Salary Range
$55,000 $75,000 base + bonus Benefits
