As a Digital Marketing Strategist in our Marketing Department, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing cross-channel digital strategies that drive qualified leads, strengthen brand reputation, and maximize ROI. This role bridges creative, PR, technology, and external vendor teams, ensuring that all digital initiatives are aligned, measurable, and effective. These skills will be used to: Manage and optimize paid advertising channels including search, display, social, retargeting, and listing portal ads. Direct advertising strategy and budgets on MLS syndication platforms and listing portals Lead organic social media strategies to expand brand presence, engagement, and community awareness. Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website visibility, search rankings, and organic lead generation. Monitor and improve online reviews and ratings across digital platforms. Drive Large Language Model (LLM) optimization by shaping content, FAQs, and brand positioning for AI-driven tools. Leverage AI-powered insights to improve ad targeting, content creation, and campaign performance. Collaborate with vendor partners, third-party agencies, and internal creative/communications teams to deliver high-quality campaigns. Optimize funnels, landing pages, and messaging to improve conversion rates and lead quality. Analyze performance across channels and provide actionable insights to leadership and sales teams. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 4+ years of professional experience in Digital Marketing. Hands-on experience with paid media, SEO, and social media campaigns. Familiarity with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, SEO tools). Experience in homebuilding, real estate, or CRM-driven sales environments (preferred). Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams. Rapid problem-solving ability using data and insights. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace equivalents. Physical Demands: Must be able to use sensory skills (i.e. verbal communication) to effectively communicate and interact with other Associates and customers. Must be able to perform repetitive motions and use fine motor skills (i.e. typing, writing) to operate office supplies (i.e. computer, calculator, copier). Must be able to lift and carry approximately 20-25lbs unassisted.
