Overview:

A leading commercial mechanical, electrical, and plumbing contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Project Manager. This role offers opportunities for professional, technical, and financial growth within a well-established organization.

Responsibilities:

• Manage contracts and subcontracts administration
• Oversee scheduling, logistics, and procurement of equipment/materials
• Review and coordinate shop drawings and submittals
• Monitor project costs, reporting, and accounting
• Review subcontractor and vendor payment applications
• Document and participate in project coordination meetings
• Coordinate field installations with subcontractors
• Review and negotiate change proposals with vendors and subcontractors
• Provide input on construction methods, timelines, and problem-solving
• Ensure quality control and oversee project closeout

Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC project management experience
• Familiarity with Hydronic Systems and their operation
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office; Bluebeam & Navis experience a plus)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
