Location-Type: Hybrid (3 days onsite in Fort Washington, PA; Wednesdays required)

Duration: 6 Month Contract to Hire
Compensation Range: $55-65/hr on W2 ONLY (no c2c)

Job Description:
Lead and deliver strategic IT integration projects while coordinating across technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely execution and delivery.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Manage full project lifecycle: initiation through close
\n
• Track scope, cost, timelines, and deliverables
\n
• Proactively manage risk and change controls
\n
• Drive vendor and internal stakeholder coordination
\n
• Communicate progress to leadership and teams
\n
• Document business requirements and project updates
\n
• Ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance standards
\n

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:

  \n
  • Previous experience as a technical lead or project manager
  \n
  • Strong SDLC knowledge and integration project experience
  \n
  • Microsoft and Azure environments proficiency
  \n
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  \n
  • PMP certification
  \n
  • Adaptable project management style across methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
  \n

• Nice-to-Haves:
  \n
  \n
  • Agile certification (CSM or similar)
  \n
  • Experience in the construction or building industry
  \n
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, or PPM tools
  \n
