Job Description:
Support the client's project management efforts, blending PM and BA skills to drive small to medium integration, data, and customer experience initiatives.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
\n

  • \n
    \n Manage small to medium-sized projects, collaborating with engineering, QA, and business teams\n
    • \n
  • \n
    \n Balance project priorities and business requirements, identifying must-haves vs. nice-to-haves\n
    • \n
  • \n
    \n Work with .NET custom applications, ERP integrations, and multiple data sources\n
    • \n
  • \n
    \n Conduct workshops and drive analysis for reporting/analytics updates\n
    • \n
  • \n
    \n Potentially manage third-party implementation efforts (e.g., TB smart home)\n
    • \n
  • \n
    \n Use Jira or Azure DevOps for project tracking\n
    • \n
  • \n
    \n Support user story creation, test strategies, and change management\n
    • \n

Requirements:

  • Must-Haves:
    \n
      \n
    • \n
      \n 5 years of combined experience in project management and business analysis\n
      • \n
    • \n
      \n PMP certification (or recent training in the field)\n
      • \n
    • \n
      \n Experience with implementation of systems/modules\n
      • \n
    • \n
      \n Exposure to custom development projects\n
      • \n
    • \n
      \n Familiarity with balancing business priorities, timelines, and technical resources\n

    • \n
      \n Jira or Azure DevOps expertise\n

  • Nice-to-Haves:

      \n Experience in construction or technology companies\n
